Run of show

How it works

You show up and focus on your audience. We handle everything else.

  1. 100:00:00

Plan it on a short call

We talk through your goal, audience, format and timeline, then send a custom proposal. No guesswork on the day.

  2. 200:01:00

Show up and focus on your message

Arrive, get settled and step onto a set that is already lit, mic'd and framed. Our crew walks you through everything before we roll.

  3. 300:02:00

    We run the production

Broadcast-quality cameras, sound and lighting, with multi-camera switching that follows the conversation the way a viewer's eye would, and teleprompting so you stay in flow.

  4. 400:03:00

    Leave with publish-ready episodes

Get a full-length video episode plus an audio file for your podcast feed, with edited clips available for social distribution.

What's included

What you walk away with

Broadcast-quality cameras, sound and lighting come standard. What matters is what they do for you.

  • A show that looks like a show

Multi-camera coverage of every host and guest, switched live so the edit feels natural instead of static.

  • Audio your listeners trust

Clean, consistent sound that holds up on earbuds, car speakers and studio monitors alike.

  • Content for every channel

One recording session becomes the full episode, an audio feed version and short vertical clips for promotion.

  • Guests who feel taken care of

A private, appointment-only studio means your guests walk into a calm, professional environment that respects their time.

Why a produced podcast studio beats a home setup

Most business podcasts stall for the same reason: the host spends more energy on gear, lighting and editing than on the conversation. Audio drifts, a camera battery dies, and a great guest interview ends up looking like a video call.

At EventLab Studios® the production is already solved before you arrive. Broadcast-quality cameras, sound and lighting are set for your format, and a producer runs the switcher in real time. That is how the eye naturally follows a conversation, cutting to whoever is speaking and pulling wide for reactions. The result feels like television, and it is ready far faster than a single-camera shoot that needs to be rebuilt in the edit.

Built for business creators, not hobby recording

Our clients use their shows to build authority, nurture buyers and turn expertise into a media asset. Founder Patrick Antrim spent years on the launch side of the knowledge business, so the studio is set up around what actually moves an audience: tight openings, strong guest moments and clips that travel.

Whether you are launching a new show, upgrading an existing one or recording a limited series for a product launch, we shape the session around your audience and the platforms where you publish. Interested in going live instead? Pair your podcast with our livestream studio and stream the recording as it happens.

Planning your first recording day

Start with the format before the gear. Decide whether your show is a solo commentary, a host and co-host conversation, or an interview series, because that choice drives the set layout, how many cameras we assign and how the switching is paced. Write a one-page show outline: the working title, the audience you want to reach, a rough episode length and three or four topic ideas. If you have guests, confirm their names and travel times early so we can schedule them back to back.

Think about distribution while you plan. If clips for Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn Shorts matter, tell us on the planning call so we frame with vertical crops in mind. If you want an intro, outro or branded lower thirds, send your logo files and brand colors ahead of time.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Not answered here? Call (480) 485-4687.

How is pricing handled?

Every production is custom, so we do not publish rates. Tell us what you are planning, we schedule a short call, and you receive a written proposal built around your goals, schedule and deliverables.

How long does a podcast recording session take?

Most sessions run a few hours including arrival, setup checks and recording. Many clients batch several episodes in one visit. We confirm timing for your format on the planning call.

What should I bring?

Bring your topic outline, guest details and any branding you want on screen. Solid colors on camera work best. We provide the cameras, microphones, lighting and set.

How quickly will I get my episodes?

Turnaround depends on the editing scope in your proposal. Because we switch cameras live, the main episode needs far less post-production than a typical multi-camera shoot.

Can remote guests join the podcast?

Yes. Remote guests can be brought into the show on screen, and the session can also be livestreamed to YouTube, LinkedIn or Zoom while it records.

Where is the studio and is there parking?

EventLab Studios® is at 8151 E Evans Rd, Suite 1, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, an easy drive from Phoenix, Tempe and Paradise Valley. Contact our team for parking and arrival instructions.
