Run of show

How it works

You show up and focus on your audience. We handle everything else.

  1. 100:00:00

Plan it on a short call

We talk through your goal, audience, format and timeline, then send a custom proposal. No guesswork on the day.

  2. 200:01:00

Show up and focus on your message

Arrive, get settled and step onto a set that is already lit, mic'd and framed. Our crew walks you through everything before we roll.

  3. 300:02:00

    We run the production

Broadcast-quality cameras, sound and lighting, with multi-camera switching that follows the conversation the way a viewer's eye would, and teleprompting so you stay in flow.

  4. 400:03:00

    Stream live, keep the recording

Your audience watches live, and you leave with the full recording to repurpose as replays, clips and evergreen content.

What's included

What you walk away with

Broadcast-quality cameras, sound and lighting come standard. What matters is what they do for you.

  • A broadcast your audience stays for

Camera changes, lower thirds and clean audio keep viewers watching longer than a single webcam ever will.

  • Confidence when it counts

A dedicated producer monitors the stream, switching and sound in real time so you never have to look at a laptop mid-sentence.

  • Any platform, at once

Reach your audience where they already are, from YouTube and LinkedIn to Zoom and private event platforms.

  • Content that outlives the stream

The recording becomes replays, highlight clips and follow-up content for your marketing team.

Why go live from a studio

Live video is the fastest way to build trust with an audience, and also the easiest place to look unprepared. Frozen screens, echoing audio and awkward transitions cost you attention you worked hard to earn.

Our livestream studio removes those risks. Broadcast-quality cameras, sound and lighting are already dialed in, and a producer runs the show from the control area: switching cameras, bringing in slides and remote guests, and keeping an eye on stream health. You talk to your audience. We handle everything else.

Formats we stream every week

Clients use the studio for weekly shows, live Q&A sessions, investor and customer updates, launch broadcasts and community events. Many pair a livestream with a recorded podcast, or stream a workshop to remote attendees while a small group joins in person.

If your stream is part of a bigger moment, such as a webinar series, virtual keynote or product launch, we plan the production around that goal so every broadcast moves people toward the next step.

Planning a livestream that goes smoothly

Every good stream starts with a run of show: a simple timeline listing the opening, each segment, any slides or videos, guest handoffs and the closing call to action. Share it with us before the planning call and we will mark where camera changes, graphics and remote guests come in.

Decide early where the stream will go. Each platform has its own setup steps, such as creating a scheduled event on YouTube or confirming streaming access on LinkedIn, and some require account approval in advance. Give us access details, or ask us to walk your team through creating the events, well before the day.

Plan how you will handle the audience. If you want live questions, choose who will moderate the chat and how questions reach the host. If you plan to show a product or a screen, tell us so we can bring it into the switcher cleanly.

Last, decide what happens after you go off air. Will the replay stay public, become gated content or be cut into clips? Knowing this up front shapes how we record and what you receive.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Not answered here? Call (480) 485-4687.

How is pricing handled?

Every production is custom, so we do not publish rates. Tell us what you are planning, we schedule a short call, and you receive a written proposal built around your goals, schedule and deliverables.

Which platforms can you stream to?

We stream to YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Zoom and most private event or webinar platforms. We can also stream to more than one destination at once.

Can we bring in remote guests or a live audience?

Yes. Remote guests can join on screen, viewer questions can be brought into the show, and a small in-person audience can be accommodated depending on the format.

What happens if the internet drops?

We test the connection and stream setup before you go live, and the show is recorded locally in full so you always have a clean copy.

Will I get a recording?

Yes. Every stream is recorded, and edited replays or clips can be included in your proposal.

Where is the studio and is there parking?

EventLab Studios® is at 8151 E Evans Rd, Suite 1, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, an easy drive from Phoenix, Tempe and Paradise Valley. Contact our team for parking and arrival instructions.
