Run of show

How it works

You show up and focus on your audience. We handle everything else.

  1. 100:00:00

Plan it on a short call

We talk through your goal, audience, format and timeline, then send a custom proposal. No guesswork on the day.

  2. 200:01:00

Show up and focus on your message

Arrive, get settled and step onto a set that is already lit, mic'd and framed. Our crew walks you through everything before we roll.

  3. 300:02:00

    We run the production

Broadcast-quality cameras, sound and lighting, with multi-camera switching that follows the conversation the way a viewer's eye would, and teleprompting so you stay in flow.

  4. 400:03:00

Land the keynote, keep the footage

Your talk is delivered live into the event, and you keep a polished recording for your speaker reel and future marketing.

What's included

What you walk away with

Broadcast-quality cameras, sound and lighting come standard. What matters is what they do for you.

  • Presence through the screen

Standing delivery, real stage lighting and camera framing make you look like the headliner, not a box in a grid.

  • A stress-free connection

We coordinate with the event's AV or platform team, test the feed and monitor it while you speak.

  • Hybrid and fully virtual events

Host an entire virtual event from the studio, or beam speakers into an in-person conference anywhere.

  • A speaker reel you will use

Multi-camera recordings make strong reel footage and content for booking your next stage.

Why remote keynotes need a real studio

Event organizers book speakers for energy. A laptop camera in a home office flattens that energy before you say your first line. A virtual keynote studio restores it: you stand, you move, you use your hands, and the camera captures it the way an audience in the seats would.

EventLab Studios® provides broadcast-quality cameras, sound and lighting, a confidence monitor and teleprompting so you can see your slides and notes without looking down. Our producer handles the feed into Zoom, a virtual event platform or the venue's AV system, and stays on it for the entire session.

Host the whole virtual event here

Beyond single keynotes, the studio works as a broadcast hub for full virtual and hybrid events: hosts, panels, breakouts and sponsor segments, all switched live from one place in Scottsdale.

Founder Patrick Antrim spent years on the launch side of the knowledge business, including the Mastermind program with Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi, so we know how to pace an online event so attendees stay to the end.

Getting ready for a remote keynote

Begin by getting the event's technical requirements in writing. Ask the organizer which platform they use, how the speaker feed should be delivered, what resolution they expect, and who their technical contact is. Forward that to us and we will coordinate directly so you are not stuck in the middle of an AV conversation.

Decide how you want to present. Standing delivery reads as more energetic on camera, while a seated fireside format suits interviews and panels. If you use slides, agree with the organizer whether they will run them on their end or whether we switch them from the studio, which usually gives you more control over timing.

Rehearse the opening minute and your transitions between stories, because that is where remote talks lose momentum. A teleprompter can carry your key lines while you speak naturally around them. Keep water nearby and wear clothing without fine stripes or small patterns, which can shimmer on camera.

Plan for the recording too. Many speakers use their virtual keynote footage for booking pages and speaker reels, so check your contract with the event about whether you can reuse it.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Not answered here? Call (480) 485-4687.

How is pricing handled?

Every production is custom, so we do not publish rates. Tell us what you are planning, we schedule a short call, and you receive a written proposal built around your goals, schedule and deliverables.

Can you connect to the event's platform or venue AV?

Yes. We coordinate in advance with the event's technical team and can send a feed into Zoom, most virtual event platforms or an in-person venue's AV system.

Will I be able to see my slides and the audience?

Yes. Confidence monitors and teleprompting let you see slides, notes and, where the platform allows, the live audience while you present.

Can we run a full virtual event from the studio?

Yes. Hosts, panels and multiple speakers can be produced from the studio, with remote speakers brought in as needed.

Do I get a recording of my keynote?

Yes. Your talk is recorded in multi-camera, and edited versions for your speaker reel can be included in the proposal.

Where is the studio and is there parking?

EventLab Studios® is at 8151 E Evans Rd, Suite 1, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, an easy drive from Phoenix, Tempe and Paradise Valley. Contact our team for parking and arrival instructions.
