Planning an event at the studio
Begin with the guest experience. Picture what attendees should see when they arrive, what happens during the main moment and how the event ends. Write that as a simple timeline and share it with us so lighting, sound and screen cues can be built around it.
Decide how much production you want. A networking reception may only need background music and branded screens, while a panel or live taping needs cameras, microphones for every speaker and a switched feed. Being specific helps us recommend the right setup and crew.
Think about capture and reach. If you want photos, recap video or a livestream for people who cannot attend, plan that from the start so camera positions do not get in guests' way.
Gather branding and run-of-show details early. Logos, sponsor assets, walk-in music and any presentation files should arrive ahead of the event so they can be tested. Confirm who on your team is the day-of decision maker, and share your guest count as it firms up so layout and flow can be finalized.
