Run of show

How it works

You show up and focus on your audience. We handle everything else.

  1. 100:00:00

Plan it on a short call

We talk through your goal, audience, format and timeline, then send a custom proposal. No guesswork on the day.

  2. 200:01:00

Show up and focus on your message

Arrive, get settled and step onto a set that is already lit, mic'd and framed. Our crew walks you through everything before we roll.

  3. 300:02:00

    We run the production

Broadcast-quality cameras, sound and lighting, with multi-camera switching that follows the conversation the way a viewer's eye would, and teleprompting so you stay in flow.

  4. 400:03:00

    Convert live, replay forever

Deliver your offer to a live audience, then use the recording as an on-demand webinar, evergreen funnel or sales asset.

What's included

What you walk away with

Broadcast-quality cameras, sound and lighting come standard. What matters is what they do for you.

  • Webinars that hold attention

Camera changes, slides and presenter shots are switched live, so attendees see a show rather than a static screen share.

  • Presenters who stay in flow

Teleprompting and a producer in your ear mean speakers deliver confidently without juggling software.

  • Reliable webcasting

We manage the platform connection, audio and stream health so your team is not troubleshooting live.

  • An on-demand asset

The finished recording is ready to become an evergreen webinar, replay or segmented training library.

Webcasting that looks like your brand

A webinar is often the first time a buyer spends real time with your company. If the video is grainy and the audio is thin, that is the impression they take with them. Webcasting from a professional production studio changes the first impression completely.

At EventLab Studios® your presenters step onto a lit set with broadcast-quality cameras, sound and lighting. A producer switches between speakers and slides, brings in remote panelists and keeps an eye on the stream. It works with Zoom, GoTo, ON24, YouTube and most webinar platforms your marketing team already uses.

From one-off webinar to a series

Teams use the studio for lead-generation webinars, customer education, all-hands broadcasts, investor updates and partner enablement. Because the set and workflow are already built, a recurring series can be produced consistently week after week.

Planning a larger moment? Pair your webcast with a virtual keynote, a live studio audience or a product launch, and we will design the production around the result you want.

Preparing presenters and content

Webinars succeed or fail on preparation. Send your final slide deck a few days before the session, using a widescreen layout and fonts embedded or saved as images, so nothing shifts when it hits the switcher. Keep any embedded video as separate files so we can play it back at full quality rather than through screen sharing.

Confirm your platform account and roles early. Most webinar tools separate hosts, panelists and attendees, and the production feed usually needs to join as a panelist or through a dedicated input. Your marketing team stays in control of registration, reminders and follow-up emails while we handle what viewers see and hear.

Rehearse the handoffs, not the whole talk. A short run-through of the opening, each speaker transition, the poll or Q&A moments and the closing offer is enough to catch timing issues. If panelists are remote, ask them to use a wired connection and headphones and to join early for a check.

Plan your replay strategy too. Decide whether the recording will be trimmed into an on-demand version, split into topic clips or used inside a sales sequence, so the recording is set up for it from the start.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Not answered here? Call (480) 485-4687.

How is pricing handled?

Every production is custom, so we do not publish rates. Tell us what you are planning, we schedule a short call, and you receive a written proposal built around your goals, schedule and deliverables.

Which webinar platforms do you support?

We regularly produce into Zoom Webinars, GoTo Webinar, ON24, YouTube Live and LinkedIn Live, plus most platforms that accept an RTMP or virtual camera input.

Can panelists join remotely?

Yes. Remote panelists can be brought into the production alongside presenters in the studio, with a producer managing every feed.

Do you provide slides or graphics?

You provide your presentation and brand assets. We can add lower thirds, title cards and transitions that match your brand as part of the proposal.

How long before the webinar should we arrive?

We confirm a call time on the planning call. Arriving with enough time for a short rehearsal and sound check is standard.

Where is the studio and is there parking?

EventLab Studios® is at 8151 E Evans Rd, Suite 1, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, an easy drive from Phoenix, Tempe and Paradise Valley. Contact our team for parking and arrival instructions.
